Consent for the collection and processing of personal data (photographs and video) for the purpose of promotion and monitoring of the BSidesZagreb conference.
I hereby give my consent for the processing of personal data (recording video, photographing and publication of photographs on SRCE’s website, on social media, in media posts, and printed materials related to the activities of SRCE) for the purpose of promoting and monitoring the BSides Zagreb conference.
I am aware of the right to request access to my personal data, their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, at any time from SRCE as the data controller.
I am aware of the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before it was withdrawn.
The aforementioned rights can be exercised by submitting a request to the Data Protection Officer of SRCE via email at zop@srce.hr or by mail to the address of SRCE’s headquarters (additional information is available on SRCE’s website – https://www.srce.unizg.hr/en/contact).
Complaints regarding the processing of personal data should be submitted to the supervisory authority at the following address: Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, Zagreb.
SRCE processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation Act (NN 42/2018), applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction of personal data.
SRCE will not disclose your personal data collected based on this consent to third parties.
Personal data collected based on this consent will be stored and processed exclusively for the stated purpose and only for the period until the consent is withdrawn.”
